Pip Rush Jansen is Creative Director of Arcadia. Before founding Arcadia withBertie Cole, Pip was honing his sculptural skills alongside his brother, Joe Rush. Pip helped create late night landscapes at festivals as diverse as Glastonbury and Japan’s Fujirockers where abstract organics and positive recycling became a central focus of his artistic vision.  In 2008, alongsideBertie Cole he worked on the Electric Picnic festival in Ireland on a new late night area called ‘The Next Stage’. 

Arcadia was born in a cowshed in Dorset in 2008. They have been at festivals including Glastonbury, Bestival, T in the Park, Electric Picnic and Boomtown Fair. Having toured as far afield as Australia, Arcadia now have a new, permanent home at Glastonbury Festival following the 2013 festival that saw 55,000 people gathered at the Spider and being awarded the ‘Live Production of the Year’ category at the TPI Awards.
