No Boundaries delegate passes can be booked for either Bristol or Manchester and cover the following:

Food and refreshments during the conference

 

Travel and accommodation is not included in the price of the delegate pass,

however
Visit Manchester
and
Destination Bristol
have sourced preferential rates at a number of hotels.

Delegate pass pricing

To ensure that a wide spread of leaders, activists and artists can attend in order to promote the strongest dialogue across the industry the pricing of the delegate passes is tiered depending on the total level of annual public subsidy (in all its forms) the organisation you work for receives. We are expecting you to be honest about this level of subsidy when booking a pass.

  • Commercial / Local government rate£250 (£208.33 + V.A.T)
  • Annual public subsidy of £750k or more£250 (£208.33 + V.A.T)
  • Annual public subsidy of £250k to £749k£200 (£166.67 + V.A.T)
  • Annual public subsidy below £250k£150 (£125 + V.A.T)
  • Independent£60 (£50.00 + V.A.T)

If you work for a funding body other than Arts Council England or British Council then you should book via the £750k or more tier.
There are set allocations of tickets for each tier. At the time of booking if your category is full please contact us for more information about joining the waiting list.
There is an allocation of concessionary delegate passes at each tier for disabled people.

Bursary prices

One of the objectives for No Boundaries is to host conversations that engage people from all parts of the cultural industry. In the run up to last year’s event we received feedback from Artists who weren’t able to cover the cost of attending and wanted to be part of this two-day debate and in response released an additional tier of delegate passes.

For No Boundaries 2015, 40 free delegate places have been allocated (20 in Bristol and 20 in Manchester) that will be prioritised for early career / emerging artists.

The ballot closed on 31st July 2015.

  • Please ensure that the details given on the booking form reflect the individual attending.
  • In the booking form please ensure that you include the organisation (if applicable) the delegate works for.
  • Day delegate passes are not available for No Boundaries.
